# Staking & Vaults

## **Overview**

\
Staking and Vault mechanics are core components of our token economy, designed to incentivize long-term participation and loyalty from players, studios, and creators, while locking token supply to ensure economic sustainability. Users lock tokens to gain benefits such as discounts, premium access, governance rights, and rewards, aligning ecosystem success with token holder engagement. This system applies across Negatron’s full portfolio, including current platforms (Rebellis AI, Dynamic Pixels, Sky Den, Forgeify) and future ecosystem projects like the Marketing Development Fund (MDF).

## **Types of Staking**

1. **Studio Staking (B2B)**\
Studios stake tokens to unlock premium features and cost advantages across platforms:

| Platform | Stake To Unlock | Studio Benefits |
| -------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| MDF | Special staking tiers for marketing funds and campaign credits | Preferential funding and promotional support |
| Rebellis AI | Premium AI models, faster generation pipeline | Higher quality and faster content creation |
| Dynamic Pixels | Discounted backend/server rates | Reduced operational costs for live games |
| Sky Den | Priority in influencer marketplace & marketing tools | Enhanced game visibility and player reach |
| Forgeify | Access to advanced content creation tools and game jam entry | Better monetization and community engagement |

> Stake remains locked for a predefined term (3–6 months).

2. **Player Staking (B2C)**\
Players stake tokens to gain ecosystem perks such as:

* **Loyalty Boosts:** Increased in-game rewards (XP multipliers, rare drops)
* **Event Access:** Entry into exclusive tournaments and early content access
* **Revenue Sharing (future phase):** Potential share in marketplace or ad revenues

**Vault Mechanics**\
Vaults are long-term token lockups offering predictable utility or yield, designed for larger holders:

* **Ecosystem Vaults:** Lock tokens for 6–12 months in exchange for ecosystem credits usable for fees, ad campaigns, and MDF marketing support—ideal for studios launching multiple projects.
* **Prestige Vaults (Players):** High-stake vaults granting permanent perks like cosmetic NFTs, prestige badges, and alpha access.
* **Creator Vaults:** Content creators stake tokens to gain visibility boosts and higher payouts on Sky Den, encouraging quality and commitment.

## **Benefits of the Staking System**

| Stakeholder | Motivation | Benefits |
| ----------- | ------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Studios | Cost savings, priority access | Financial efficiency and enhanced market reach |
| Gamers | Rewards, status, influence | More engaging gameplay and exclusive privileges |
| Creators | Monetization tools | Sustainable income and stronger community ties |
| Ecosystem | Locked supply, committed users | Healthier tokenomics and long-term retention |

## **Dynamic Yield (Optional Future Phase)**

\
To scale with ecosystem growth, dynamic staking yields may be introduced, based on:

* Platform usage (higher activity = higher yield)
* Stake duration (longer locks = better returns)
* Stake size and tier activity

Rewards may come as tokens, service credits, NFTs, or game perks.
